Who You Are: • 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including managing the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of non-U.S. entities, gained at a law firm, a multinational company, or a combination of both. • Experience managing a portfolio of subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions, with working knowledge of statutory records, annual filings, and registered office and agent requirements. • Experience coordinating with local counsel and corporate service providers on filings, registrations, and liquidations. • Experience with director and officer appointments and resignations, and with beneficial ownership registers and filings, in non-U.S. jurisdictions. • Experience drafting resolutions, written consents, powers of attorney, and other subsidiary governance documents. • Experience arranging notarizations, apostilles, and legalizations for cross-border signatures. • Licensed Notary Public. • Technology proficiency, including with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign.
