Qualifications: • [3+] years of recruiting experience, including direct experience supporting internship, university, new graduate, or other early-career hiring. • Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously. • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive and emerging talent. • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first approach. • Strong project management, organization, and follow-through. • Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-volume hiring periods. • Experience using an applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management platform; Greenhouse and Gem experience is preferred. • Ability to use recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health, identify risks, and recommend adjustments. Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting technical or highly specialized recruiting. • Experience with campus events, university partnerships, or global early-career programs.
