Candidates

Recruova is free for candidates. Keep your profile accurate. Don't upload someone else's CV or anything unlawful.

Recruiters and workspaces

• Use candidate data only for recruiting, and respect candidates' choices and opt-outs.
• Only upload CVs you have a lawful basis to process; you are the controller for CVs you upload.
• No scraping, bulk exporting or reselling of candidate data.
• Pilots last 14 days and are approved by Recruova. We may suspend workspaces that misuse data.

Plans, credits and billing

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, in advance. Allowances (AI credits, contact unlocks, emails) reset each period and don't roll over. Overage applies only if a workspace admin enables it, and never beyond the cap they set. Taxes are added where required. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AI features

AI output can be wrong. Review it before relying on it. AI scores and summaries are decision support; hiring decisions must be made by people, consistent with applicable law (including the EU AI Act where it applies).

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.
