Is every listed employer a Recruova customer?
No. Public employer job boards provide many listings. Listing a company does not mean a partnership or an exclusive hiring mandate. Check the original source before applying.
Why is my recruiter pilot waiting?
Some workspaces need approval. Check your billing page for status. Use the interest form to request onboarding help; do not upload another organization's CVs without permission.
Does a high match score guarantee an interview?
No. Scores help compare evidence with requirements. Recruiters and employers make the decisions; verify extracted facts and discuss gaps.
Can I control my information?
Use candidate settings to review visibility, export or delete your data and manage employer restrictions. Public profile sharing is a separate choice. Read the privacy page for details.
What is free and what is paid?
Candidates can create a free profile. Recruiters can request a 14-day pilot with plan limits. Recruiter subscriptions and some Job Kit tools are paid; review pricing and wallet details before buying.
