You'll own recurring work that directly feeds product leadership decisions, under the guidance of Mario Liverini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mario-liverini/, our Product Operations Manager. ➡️ What you'll do - Own Product reporting end-to-end: Produce and maintain OKR recaps and Monthly Business Reviews that product leadership relies on every month. Drive high-visibility projects: Take on competitor database cleanups, AI tools inventories, or tooling documentation — work that PMs actually use. Use AI to move faster: Automate repetitive tasks, sharpen documentation, and find smarter ways for the team to operate. - Keep our provider costs clean: Cross-check supplier invoices against contracts, flag discrepancies, and maintain internal spend tracking. ➡️ What we're looking for - Detail-obsessed: You catch inconsistencies before anyone else does and your output needs minimal editing. - Clear written communicator: You document precisely and produce reporting artifacts that are sharp and self-explanatory. - Comfortable owning recurring work: You take pride in being the reliable point of contact for a process, month after month. - Fluent in Google Sheets and Notion: You work in these tools daily and either know them well or learn fast. - AI-native: You experiment with AI tools, have a deep understanding of LLMs, automate what you can, and enjoy finding smarter ways to work. ➡️ What you'll get - Real ownership from month 2-3: Once ramped, you run reporting, provider management, and side projects autonomously — no hand-holding. - Visibility at the top: Your work reaches company leadership every single month. - A small team where impact is immediate: Three people means fast feedback, direct learning, and nothing to hide behind. - Projects that outlast your internship: From AI tool inventories to competitor databases, you'll leave something behind that the team keeps using. ➡️ Your future manager You'll report to Mario Liverini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mario-liverini/, Product Operations Manager at Qonto. Mario sets clear expectations from day one and gives you real autonomy once you're up to speed. If you find a faster or smarter way to get something done — especially with AI — that's not just tolerated: it's the point.
