Join us as a Banking Operations Juridical Officer – Central Europe to handle the seizure, insolvency and account-closing cases that need a human decision, for our Dutch and German customers. You'll join our team of 6 in Paris or Berlin, under the guidance of Matthias, our Team Lead Banking Operations Juridical – Germany, Netherlands, Austria.

- Support the Customer Team: You'll answer escalated customer questions in writing, with no customer calls.
- Manage account closings: You'll process closings and prepare circular letters for external auditors.
- Improve how we work: You'll update our daily processes and use AI tools where they save time.
➡️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- German and Dutch: You're fluent in both, written and spoken.
- English: You work comfortably in English; French is a bonus.

- Clear writing: You write clearly and precisely to authorities and colleagues.
- AI curiosity: You're open to using AI tools to work smarter.
➡️ WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
- A rare language combination: Your German and Dutch cover three markets: the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
- A permanent contract: You'll join on a CDI, in a team that's growing.
- A clear split of work: A partner team handles routine registrations, so you focus on the cases that matter.
- A team that works in French and English: Your manager is happy to work in either.
