What You'll Do: You'll join a team that is scaling as fast as the business it accounts for. We solve problems quickly, learn and improve as we go, and operate with positive intent, flexibility, and patience. This is a hands-on team that runs a monthly close and builds the process at the same time — teamwork and clear communication matter as much as execution. We win together. About the Role: The Manager, DC Construction - Project Accounting owns the accounting for capital costs from the point a project is set up through the point completed assets are placed in service. You will own the construction in progress (CIP) ledger for your projects — how cost is captured, how it accumulates against each element of the build, and how it clears into the fixed asset register when an asset is ready for its intended use. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role at the center of our self-build and fit-out programs. You will set up the project structure that cost flows through, run the monthly accrual and cost-to-complete process, determine when assets are ready for their intended use, and trigger their capitalization on a timely basis. You will partner closely with teams across accounting, finance, construction and operations, and maintain the documentation and controls that support internal and external audit. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Construction Accounting.
