Business Development Manager, Cloud & AI

WHY HARVEY At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Development team leads Harvey's partnerships with the cloud hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, inference providers, data suppliers, and emerging open source ecosystem. These are multi-dimensional relationships: the same companies we build with are also the ones we build on and go to market alongside. Our work spans commercial deal structuring, co-selling, co-development, and co-marketing, working cross-functionally with Finance, Research, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams across the company. As a member of the Cloud & AI team, you will help drive strategic partner initiatives and engagement ranging from new model releases and product launch announcements to commercial agreements and co-marketing campaigns, and own the tactical execution that follows: activating commercial marketplaces, unlocking channel GTM opportunities, accelerating field enablement, and supporting day-to-day requests. It is a unique opportunity that gives you a front row seat to how fast-growing AI companies work together to drive mutual growth. This is a zero to one builder role on a team that will grow alongside the partner portfolio. You will be tasked with working across a wide range of programs and initiatives, including standing up new operational processes and ongoing partner reporting. Much of what this role touches does not have a defined playbook yet. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can bring structure to complex partnerships, move comfortably between strategic work and hands-on execution, and build programs that scale as the team grows.
