Senior Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Mexico, Remote This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Mexico. Candidates must be based in Mexico and be able to travel to the office in Guadalajara as needed. ABOUT THE COMPANY: Revenue is complex, and clarity is rare. Our mission at Salesloft is to transform revenue complexity into clear, decisive action for every team driving growth. We’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, where humans and AI work together to make confident decisions based on real signals. Thousands of customers run on our platforms every day, which gives us Revenue Context: a view into what happens in a deal, when, and with what outcome. Our vision is a future where revenue growth is predictable and the teams driving it are unstoppable. If you want to help build it, alongside people who Move as One and let Evidence over Ego guide the work, we’d love to meet you. THE OPPORTUNITY Be the operational backbone that turns IT and Security priorities into on-time, visible delivery for the Office of the CIO and CISO. As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll run project cadences, track core KPIs, and organize key initiatives across IT, Security, and Digital Transformation. You’ll give leadership one clear view of schedules, risks, and results, which keeps the teams behind our Predictive Revenue System and Revenue Context aligned and moving at speed. In your first six months you will: • Run the operating cadence for the Office of the CIO & CISO: set agendas, track action items, and drive follow-through for leadership staff meetings, QBRs, and cross-functional syncs. • Maintain single-source-of-truth project dashboards and KPI scorecards across top IT and Security initiatives, keeping schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks current. • Partner with the Digital Transformation Team to track milestones and coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and help produce executive-ready decks, status reports, and updates for the CIO, CISO, and leadership team. HOW YOU’LL WORK HERE • Move as One: You’ll connect Engineering, Finance, People, Legal, and RevOps to keep dependencies moving, and put ‘we’ ahead of ‘me’ every day. • Evidence over Ego: You’ll turn operational data into clear KPI scorecards and dashboards, and keep schedules, dependencies, and risks honest and current. • Lead from the Front: You’ll own follow-through on agendas, action items, and deadlines, and keep projects moving without waiting to be asked. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re a highly organized, proactive project manager who takes pride in bringing structure to fast-moving environments and keeping teams accountable to deadlines. You communicate clearly, build polished executive materials, and keep information flowing smoothly across teams. If you want to learn more, do more, and become more, this is your next move. YOU’LL BRING • 5+ years of professional project or program management experience in a fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS environment, managing multiple concurrent projects with structured methodologies. • High proficiency creating polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks, status reports, and written project documentation. • Hands-on experience with modern project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet) to build dashboards and track SLAs and KPIs. • Strong cross-functional coordination skills: you build relationships, track dependencies, and manage deadlines across stakeholders who do not report to you. • Experience supporting departmental operational rhythms, such as setting agendas, tracking decision logs, and following up on action items. • High discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive security, personnel, or operational information. IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE • A PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification. • Experience supporting digital transformation programs or coordinating deliverables across multiple business units. • Experience supporting IT or Security leadership with operating cadences, QBRs, and executive communications. THE TEAM Our IT & Security team is a mix of seasoned and up-and-coming technology, security, and project management professionals. We are results-oriented, exceptionally organized, collaborative, and adaptable, and we are passionate about building efficient systems that help the entire company operate securely and at speed.
