[OUR JOURNEY] Founded in 2016 and launched in 2017 by Alexandre https://www.linkedin.com/in/aprot/ and Steve https://www.linkedin.com/in/steveanavi/, Qonto has grown to 1,700 Qontoers serving over 750,000 customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started. [OUR BELIEFS] We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are. We've built a discrimination-free hiring process https://medium.com/qonto-way/a-recruiters-dilemma-confronting-bias-in-hiring-b78acce148eb because the best teams are built on merit. [AI AT QONTO] AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here https://medium.com/qonto-way/ai-at-qonto-vision-statement-725a7e2f659b) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. Join us as Senior CRM Manager, Central Europe to build lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion and churn prevention. You’ll own Germany and Austria, two key markets in Qonto’s growth strategy, and drive measurable growth and feature adoption. You’ll report to Matias del Carril https://www.linkedin.com/in/delcarrilmatias, our CRM & Lifecycle Lead, and work closely with local marketing, product and growth teams. ➡️ What you’ll do - Own the CRM strategy for Germany and Austria: You’ll define and run lifecycle communications, with Germany as your primary market and Austria as your secondary one. - Partner with local teams: You’ll work with German and Austrian marketing managers and PMMs to turn local needs into CRM initiatives. - Build the regional playbook: You’ll set up the processes, planning cadence and ways of working for CRM across both markets. - Move fast with AI: You’ll use AI tools to speed up campaign builds, testing and reporting. - Show what moves the needle: You’ll report on conversion, feature adoption and business impact to marketing and product. ➡️ What we’re looking for - Languages: You’re fluent in German and English, with a feel for local business culture and regulation. - Lifecycle journeys: You’ve designed and run multi-step customer journeys in platforms such as Braze, Customer.io or HubSpot. - Cross-team initiative: You’ve launched lifecycle initiatives with marketing, product and ops, and earned senior stakeholders’ trust along the way. - Direction under ambiguity: You set priorities and keep momentum in a regional structure that’s still evolving. - AI-enabled approach: You use AI to improve the speed and quality of campaign creation, testing and analysis. ➡️ What we can offer you - Germany is a top growth priority: It’s Qonto’s #1 OKR right now, so what you build gets seen. - A market to build, not optimise: German CRM is still underdeveloped, so you’re writing the playbook, not inheriting one. - Real autonomy: You propose, implement and test your own lifecycle strategy. - A senior team around you: You’ll work alongside three other regional CRM leads who’ve each built lifecycle functions from scratch. ➡️ Your future manager You’ll report to Matias del Carril https://www.linkedin.com/in/delcarrilmatias, our CRM & Lifecycle Lead, who has been at Qonto for 2 years. He built lifecycle functions from the ground up at AstroPay and led a regional CRM team at DeliveryHero. He brings a data-driven but creative approach, with a transparent, casual style that gives you real independence to run your own projects. [DIVERSITY] At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick - who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for all along. [HIRING PROCESS DURATION] On average, our hiring process lasts 20 working days.
