• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to support operational readiness. Share knowledge and contribute to team training and development.
• On-Call & Response: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available to arrive on-site within 60 minutes when an incident requires hands-on support.
Qualifications:
• Hardware Foundation: Hands-on experience or coursework in computer hardware assembly, installation, and physical and logical troubleshooting.
• Operating Systems & Networking: Familiarity with Linux operating systems and fundamental networking concepts.
• Problem-Solving & Judgment: Ability to follow established procedures, prioritize tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and recognize when to ask for guidance or escalate.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative and curious mindset, and a commitment to high reliability standards.
• Learning & Development: Willingness to build technical skills, learn new systems, and take on responsibilities that match your experience.
