Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.
Your impact
As Mollie's Customer Success Manager for Sweden, you'll own a portfolio of Swedish merchants, from key accounts to smaller ones still finding their footing. Your focus is on retention, business reviews and account performance, and on building trust in the Mollie brand locally. Most of your time, around 80%, will be proactive: building relationships, often in person, spotting upsell opportunities and getting ahead of retention risks before they become problems. The rest is reactive, handling customer needs and escalations as they come up.
You'll work closely with the GTM team in Sweden and be part of the international CSM team, alongside colleagues covering Italy and Poland. You'll also take part in customer events and can lead ambassador initiatives to help grow Mollie's presence in Sweden.
This is a chance to shape a new market from the ground up. You'll be the first Customer Success Manager for Sweden, backed by an established CS team, proven playbooks and a scale up that's growing across Europe. You'll have real ownership and visibility, and your input will directly influence how Mollie grows in the Nordics.
What you'll ship
- Drive retention and growth across the Swedish portfolio, against upsell and retention targets
- Run regular, value driven business reviews with key merchants
- Build strong relationships with merchants and grow a group of local customer ambassadors
- Organise small customer events, in partnership with Sales and Marketing
What you'll bring
- Native or fluent Swedish and fluent English, and based in Stockholm
- A background in e-commerce or payments
- A commercial approach to customer success, balancing retention with upsell and comfortable growing accounts
- Experience managing a portfolio proactively, staying ahead of issues rather than just reacting to them
- Comfort meeting customers in person and building relationships face to face
Grow your way
At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.
You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.
No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
