You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including our SOX/Compliance team, to keep the system secure, well-governed, and running smoothly. Qualifications: • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations. • Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models. • Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes. • Demonstrated experience working closely with SOX/Compliance teams in a SOX-regulated environment, including supporting audits, access reviews (UARs), and change-management controls. • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management. • Willingness and aptitude to take on some hands-on development work alongside core admin duties. • Curiosity about AI agent creation and AI-powered automation for GTM processes. • Experience partnering with offshore teams, including coordinating across time zones and distributed work models. • A fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, processes, and changing business priorities. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification. • Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies. • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations. • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar. • Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes. • Exposure to building or configuring AI agents (Salesforce Agentforce or similar) for business process automation. • Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives. • A commitment to building systems the right way, not just the fast way.
