Software Development, Integration & Bridge Systems • Lead and mentor application and software engineering teams responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting business-critical solutions. • Oversee the complete software lifecycle from requirements and architecture through development, integration, testing, deployment, and operations. • Define and oversee enterprise integration architecture across applications, including APIs, middleware, data pipelines, SSO, event-driven integrations, and workflow orchestration. • Identify gaps between existing platforms and oversee the development of bridge applications, middleware, APIs, and integration services to connect disparate systems. • Ensure new applications and solutions integrate into the broader enterprise ecosystem rather than creating additional technology silos. • Establish standards for software architecture, development, testing, security, deployment, observability, and maintainability. AI & Intelligent Automation • Identify practical opportunities to apply AI, AI agents, LLMs, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration across the existing application ecosystem. • Use AI to enhance application integration, automate data movement and business processes, and create intelligent interfaces between systems. • Oversee the development of AI-enabled bridge solutions that can interpret, transform, route, and orchestrate information across multiple applications. • Evaluate AI solutions alongside conventiona
