Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure to help make Webflow a trusted home for business-critical websites and a foundation for the next generation of AI-built and AI-operated sites. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of our cloud infrastructure, spanning capabilities such as hosting, serverless and edge compute, and global delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data, you’ll turn customer needs into measurable improvements in performance, reliability, security, and scale—helping businesses of every size run confidently on Webflow as the needs of marketing teams, developers, and AI agents evolve.
ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Director of Product.
As a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you’ll:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of Webflow and Source infrastructure. Translate customer needs and company priorities into a clear plan across hosting, compute, global delivery, storage, or deployment. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to define outcomes, sequence investments, and deliver improvements customers can measure.
- Make performance and reliability measurable product commitments. Partner with Engineering to define SLOs, observability requirements, and incident practices. Prioritize improvements to caching, content freshness, logging, and platform visibility based on customer impact, and help ensure consistent service as both human-built and AI-generated sites scale.
- Make the path from code to production safe and predictable. Improve the deployment lifecycle, from shareable preview environments to promotion and rollback. Define requirements for deploy protection, release controls, and automation hooks so developers and enterprise teams can ship confidently within their governance requirements.
- Build shared capabilities that help product teams move faster. Work with teams across Webflow and Source to identify common infrastructure needs and turn them into reusable platform capabilities. Help prioritize framework and runtime support, scheduled functions, data access, and storage, with consistent experiences across Webflow Cloud, the API, and the CLI.
- Turn customer infrastructure needs into clear priorities. Work directly with Enterprise customers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to understand what blocks adoption and growth. Translate needs around performance, resiliency, compliance, secure connectivity, and regional availability into actionable requirements, with a clear view of competitive gaps and opportunities to differentiate.
- Balance customer value with platform economics. Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Pricing to shape usage models, cost visibility, and pricing inputs for compute, storage, and hosting. Use adoption, consumption, and cost data to evaluate investments and help customers understand and manage their usage.
- Stay close to the work from discovery through launch. Write clear briefs, define success metrics, make scope decisions, and resolve tradeoffs throughout delivery. Prototype ideas, query product data, and contribute directly where useful to help the team learn faster and ship better products.
- Plan beyond the next release. Identify how changes in runtimes, edge infrastructure, and AI-driven development affect your product area. Turn those insights into grounded, multi-quarter proposals, validate assumptions early, and adapt the roadmap as customer needs and evidence evolve.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure if you:
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure or developer platform products. You’ve owned a meaningful product area from customer discovery through launch and adoption. You understand hosting, compute, deployment, and storage well enough to make informed product decisions and engage engineers on tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, security, and cost.
- Treat reliability as part of the product. You’ve partnered with Engineering to establish SLOs, observability, and incident practices for a platform customers depend on. You translate operational issues into customer impact and make deliberate roadmap choices about reliability, technical debt, and new capabilities.
- Have built platforms other teams ship on. You treat internal teams as customers, uncover shared needs, and distinguish reusable platform capabilities from product-specific requirements. You balance immediate delivery needs with durable foundations and measure success through adoption, developer productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Make complex infrastructure approachable. You turn technical capabilities into clear workflows, useful defaults, and appropriate controls. You can serve developers who need flexibility and less technical customers, including marketers, who need to get something live with confidence.
- Understand how AI changes platform requirements. You’ve used code generation or agent tools hands-on and have a perspective on what they change about building, deploying, and operating software. You can turn emerging needs—such as rapid deployment cycles, bursty provisioning, and untrusted code—into concrete product priorities.
- Own outcomes from discovery through iteration. You combine customer researc
