We're looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Lead who has already helped shape culture-defining creative campaigns, is able to translate cultural and consumer insight and business needs into brand strategy, drives campaigns from initial briefing through launch and final reporting - and wants to do so in the most positive part of the internet. What we're looking for: • A track record of helping develop culture-defining creative campaigns, work that broke through, shifted perception, and became part of the cultural conversation. • Obsession with culture - entertainment, music, women’s sports, gaming, internet culture, fashion, arts - with a keen eye for cultural shifts and a demonstrated ability of using culture to drive engagement for brands • Demonstrated end-to-end leadership of marketing campaigns, including cross-functional and agency/channel partner management. • Proven experience in brand/creative strategy, writing briefs, comms architectures, and campaign strategy grounded in cultural and consumer insight. • Working fluency in media strategy and planning. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building strategic documents, proposals, and analyses ready for leadership review. • Strong diplomacy skills, a track record of creating alignment and finding solutions among cross-functional partners and stakeholders. • Experience of or agility in adopting AI tools to support and drive marketing work, with sound judgment for validating outputs and maintaining ownership of final decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of brand marketing experience working in a fast-paced organization Relocation Statement: • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model. In-Office Requirement Statement: • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
