About the job This position is needed to lead and execute the regional field marketing and high-touch event strategy across the UK & Nordics, accelerating pipeline conversion and driving measurable revenue growth across key target accounts. As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will serve as the field marketing engine for Twilio’s North region. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you will design and deliver targeted 1st-party events, C-level dinners, technical workshops, and partner co-marketing activations. You will engage key decision-makers, open doors in strategic accounts, and accelerate deal velocity across core products like WhatsApp for Business, Voice AI, and Conversations. Responsibilities In this role, you'll: • Partner closely with North Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align event programs directly with regional revenue targets and priority accounts across Strategic and New Business segments. • Design hyper-focused event experiences (e.g., C-level roundtables, founder dinners, technical deep-dive workshops, and roadshows) built to solve specific regional customer pain points. • Lead end-to-end strategy, content localisation, speaker sourcing, venue management, and execution for proprietary Twilio regional events across key North tech hubs (e.g., London, Stockholm, Copenhagen). • Own regional presence at strategic industry conferences and hyper-scaler co-marketing events (AWS, Meta, Google) in partnership with the Partner Marketing Manager. • Establish strict lead and attendee follow-up SLAs with regional SDR and AE teams to convert event engagement into qualified pipeline and deal velocity. • Develop targeted post-event content and micro-campaigns to enable Account Executives to maintain momentum with enterprise account teams. • Measure and report on event success through commercial metrics: target account penetration rate, pipeline created/influenced, deal velocity, and closed-won revenue. • Manage the apportioned regional field marketing budget and local vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI and flawless execution.
