ABOUT AIRWALLEX Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT You’ll build and scale revenue enablement for Airwallex’s China go-to-market organisation, helping sales and commercial teams execute with greater clarity, consistency, and speed. You’ll translate business priorities, product updates, customer insights, and market context into practical enablement programmes, content, and operating rhythms that improve how teams sell and serve customers. - Build enablement programmes, content, and operating rhythms that help customer-facing teams execute consistently across China. - Translate complex product, market, and business information into clear guidance that supports better commercial conversations. - Partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and regional leadership to identify capability gaps and equip teams for new initiatives. - Turn feedback from the field into practical improvements to sales tools, learning content, and ways of working. - Improve the clarity, consistency, and speed of go-to-market execution across China. You’ll work from our Shanghai or Shenzhen office five days a week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essentials - Experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, commercial operations, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related role. - Experience designing and delivering enablement programmes, learning content, sales tools, or communications for customer-facing teams. - Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to turn complex product, market, and business information into clear, practical guidance. - Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations in a fast-moving organisation. - Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work from idea through execution. - Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across China and global teams. Preferred - Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or another technology-led business. - Experience supporting a China or APAC go-to-market organisation. - Experience using data, CRM insights, or frontline feedback to measure enablement effectiveness and improve programmes. - Experience working in a high-growth or scaling environment. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF - You're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself. - You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. - You communicate clearly and directly across cultures, and you're thoughtful about how context shifts meaning across borders. - You know when to align and when to just decide. Collaboration isn't a way to avoid accountability. - You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details. LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR TEAM Most strategy roles hand you a slide deck. This one hands you the keys. Strategy & Operations finds the next point of leverage in a hyper-growth fintech, then builds the system to capture it. We spot opportunities early, design how Airwallex scales into them, and turn that vision into the machinery that drives revenue across markets and products. You'll get the kind of access most people wait a decade for: a direct line to the growth engine, work that spans every function, and the freedom to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end. And you won't do it the old way. We arm our people with AI to move faster than teams ten times our size, modeling, researching, and shipping at a pace that creates an unfair advantage. If you want to do the best work of your career on problems that actually matter, build with us.
