Senior Business Development Representive, French Speaker

LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? Your mission As a Senior Business Development Representative, French Speaker, you will create and qualify pipeline across enterprise and commercial targeted accounts in France, through both inbound and outbound. You’ll engage decision makers in French, run account-based outreach, and hand Account Executives well-qualified opportunities that turn into sales accepted opportunities (SAOs). You’ll be part of UiPath’s International BDR team, based in our Bucharest hub and reporting to the BDR Director within the International BDR organization. You will work closely with the Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives for France, agreeing which accounts to target and how to approach them, and you’ll partner with Marketing on campaigns and events. You’ll be measured on quarterly targets, and your work contributes directly to the region’s pipeline. Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract through a third-party partner, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on performance and business needs. Main changes from the original - Scope matches the senior layer: enterprise and targeted commercial accounts, inbound and outbound, account-based. The long tail is left to juniors - Reporting line and location: Bucharest hub, within the International BDR organization, rather than “sitting within the sales team, reporting to the Business Development Director”, since the reporting line may change - Marketing tasks removed: lead scoring, intent signals, building nurture sequences and creating collateral are Marketing’s job. BDRs follow documented sales plays instead of producing materials - SQLs replaced with SAOs, the metric stakeholders use in your model - Added: RVP calibration, BANT handoff, event follow-up plans, CRM reason codes, Fast Start onboarding and the career path #LI-CS1 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
