Skills We’re Looking For • Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing. • A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations. • Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks. • Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker). • Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
