Chief of Staff, Lyft Urban Solutions

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. Lyft Urban Solutions powers the bike-sharing and scooter-sharing systems that move millions of people in over 60 cities worldwide. We built North America's first automated bike-share system and continue to lead the micromobility revolution. Our systems operate globally - from Citi Bike in New York to BIXI in Montreal, Divvy in Chicago, Capital Bikeshare in DC, and iconic systems in Austin, Barcelona, Bogota, Boston, Buenos Aires, Columbus, Detroit, Dubai, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Monaco, Pittsburgh, Portland, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco, Toronto, and beyond. We're not just technology providers - we operate these systems, building the software, hardware, and operations that make urban micromobility work at scale. LUS is a global business with teams and partners across North America, Europe, and Latin America, and our international footprint is growing. We're launching in new markets, introducing next-generation bikes and stations, and expanding some of the largest bikeshare systems in the world. Ready to shape how millions of people move through their cities every day? As the Chief of Staff for LUS, you will report to the Head of LUS serving as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on executor. You'll help shape priorities and tradeoffs with the Head of LUS and their leadership team, then turn those priorities into plans, processes, and results. You'll own the planning, operating rhythm, and communications that keep a global, multi-function organization aligned, and you'll lead high-priority initiatives from scoping through delivery. A successful CoS is neither a shadow nor a gatekeeper. They're a force multiplier for leadership who drives decisions to closure and makes the organization work better. A great candidate brings structured problem-solving and executive communication skills, a bias toward action, and comfort with ambiguity. You'll work across product, hardware, operations, commercial, finance, policy, legal, and people teams, both within LUS and across Lyft.
