We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Seattle, Washington D.C., Raleigh, London, and Amsterdam.
Plaid’s Executive Assistant (EA) team sits within the People Team and partners closely with the company’s senior leaders, including our CEO and Executive Staff. Our EAs are trusted, strategic partners who help leaders stay focused on their highest-impact work—from managing complex calendars and preparing for critical meetings to coordinating Board logistics, leadership onsites, customer dinners, and company-wide events. We operate as one connected team, sharing best practices, supporting one another, and exploring process redesign, new technology and AI-enabled approaches to make the way we work faster, smarter, and more effective.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll partner directly with Zach Perret, our CEO and Co-Founder. You’ll learn how he thinks and works, tailor your support accordingly, and evolve how you operate together through new approaches to technology and AI. You’ll join our EA team within the People Team, reporting to the EA Team Lead and working alongside fellow EAs and cross-functional partners.
