You will own key regional operating processes, including forecasting, performance reporting, and business reviews, while helping sales teams work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build dashboards, translate analysis into action, and use AI and automation to improve how the business operates. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, business operations, or a related analytical role, with experience supporting B2B sales teams. • Demonstrated experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting in a SaaS or recurring revenue business. • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models and translating complex data into actionable insights. • Proficiency in Salesforce, including opportunity management, data quality, and reporting. • Experience with annual planning, territory design, sales capacity modeling, and sales compensation. • Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational problems and influence decisions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and business audiences. • Ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and work effectively through ambiguity.
