This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, highly strategic, and deeply creative Senior Program Manager, Strategic Revenue Enablement, to join the Field Enablement team at Okta. Operating as a critical individual contributor on our team, you will be one of the lead architects behind our high-impact, strategic revenue programs. Research and pitch innovative trends to keep programs ahead of the curve. Partner with Customer Marketing to turn customer stories and testimonials into compelling sales proof points. • Scalable Content Engine: Transform live enablement sessions, customer conversations, events and announcements into a scalable engine of reusable video, digital, and written content. Align enablement with Okta’s priority events to ensure sellers convert event momentum into continued sales action. • Reporting & Operational Analytics: Partner on the design of robust measurement frameworks to track program adoption, content engagement, feedback, ROI, and ARR impact. Regularly communicate transparent, data-driven outcomes directly to key stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years of experience across sales enablement, product marketing, demand generation, GTM strategy, or program experiences in a fast-paced B2B technology SaaS environment. • Strategic Program Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-visibility projects from concept to launch with exceptional operational discipline.
