What we’re looking for: • Minimum 6 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a related role, including 2–4+ years of substantial ads data/signals or marketing measurement experience. • Deep understanding of the data and signals ecosystem and how to ensure and improve data signal quality in an ad stack to drive measurement and performance. Areas of experience include signal loss mitigation, privacy-safe measurement, MMPs, CAPI, Tag, Pixel, differential privacy and clean rooms. • Experience partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, research, or PMM cross-functional teams. • Evidence of the ability to define new products and strategies and to execute from ideation and multi-quarter roadmaps through go-to-market and adoption. • Ability to empathize with, anticipate the needs of, and effectively collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders. • Understanding of business metrics and tradeoffs in the context of online platforms. • Preferred but not required: Experience with social, video, commerce, or organic-and-paid measurement. • Preferred but not required: Experience building advertiser-facing measurement products or working with advertisers and agencies. • Preferred but not required: Understanding of attribution and incrementality. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments.
