If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you. WHAT YOU’LL DO As Regional Partner Account Director for LATAM, you will own the regional amplification of Braze’s global platinum partner strategy across every platinum-tier partner active in the region (Deloitte, WPP, Publicis, Merkle, and future platinum partners). Reporting to the AVP of Delivery, you will take the global account plan set by each Global Partner Account Director (GPAD) and adapt it locally across LATAM’s markets. You will collaborate closely with GPADs, the AVP of Partner Sales for AMER, and regional Partner Sales Managers. Key responsibilities: • Regional Platinum Coverage: Serve as the senior Braze relationship owner for every platinum-tier delivery partner operating in LATAM. • Amplifying the Global Account Plan: Translate global partner strategies into execution across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Southern Cone, and Andean markets), identifying key regional practice leads, market priorities, and local delivery capability gaps. • Certification & Delivery Quality: Work with Partner Services and Global Learning & Enablement to ensure LATAM-based consultants are certified and that Partner-Led Delivery engagements maintain high quality standards. • Pipeline Activation: Partner with the AVP, Partner Sales and Partner Sales Managers to integrate the right platinum partner into regional sales opportunities. • Feedback to Global Strategy: Surface regional market dynamics, delivery friction, and resource needs to GPADs to ensure global account plans accurately reflect LATAM considerations. • Regional Escalation Management: Act as the first line of escalation for platinum partner issues in LATAM, resolving regional matters locally and escalating global decisions appropriately. • Pipeline Visibility & Performance Tracking: Utilize Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Clari to track platinum partner performance across LATAM and contribute to global reporting. WHO YOU ARE • Proven track record in partner sales, alliances, or SI/agency ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS, with direct experience managing senior relationships with global SIs or agency holding companies (Deloitte, Accenture, WPP, Publicis, Merkle or equivalent) at a regional level. • Execution & Regional Judgement: Comfortable executing global strategies while making critical regional judgement calls tailored to local markets. • Enablement & Delivery Standards: Experience with partner certification, enablement, or practice-quality models, with a clear view of delivery quality and capability. • Matrix Collaboration: Skilled at operating effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating across central Delivery leadership and regional Partner Sales teams. • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of MarTech or adjacent SaaS ecosystems, with a strategic view on how composable tech stacks create delivery opportunities for SIs and agencies. • Technical & Mapping Tools: Proficient in using account mapping tools such as Crossbeam or equivalent to track regional partner engagement, as well as CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce, Clari). • Languages: Business-level fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential for regional execution.
