Ready to unlock your potential with a community of fellow explorers? Find your next role at our Berlin HQ or one of our local offices around the globe, from New York to Bangkok. Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step. Team mission We’re growing the UX team and looking for several Senior Product Designers to join us in Berlin. You’ll work in one of two product areas, both central to how travelers find and choose what to do: Discovery Group: This team helps travelers find the right experience on GetYourGuide. It owns search, the homepage and core experiences like activity cards, maps and filters that millions of travelers use every day. Comparison Group: Owns the activity detail page (ADP) — the moment a traveler decides whether to book. The team’s mission is to make that decision easy and confident, through curated experience content, smarter comparison tools and reviews. Your mission • Design and iterate on high-quality customer experiences across web and app, from discovery through to delivery. • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed, outcome-focused design decisions — including running experiments and A/B tests. • Partner with UX Researchers to plan research initiatives and validate your designs. • Collaborate with Content Design, your PM, and cross-functional partners to build shared understanding and drive alignment. • Develop and advocate for a strong, user-centred point of view on your product area. • Contribute to the design system — extending and refining shared patterns and components. • Lead in shaping the UX vision and 12-month direction for your product area, connecting your work to broader group strategy • Mentor other designers and give constructive feedback that raises the quality bar across the team. Your toolkit • 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience in a digital product company. • Experience designing for B2C and consumer-facing products at scale, for brands users love around the world. • A portfolio showing a user-centred approach, strong craft, and clear design rationale from problem to shipped solution. • Experience designing across web and mobile, with a solid grasp of platform-specific patterns and constraints. • Outcomes-focused mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, hypothesis-driven, and able to turn complexity into clarity. • Strong visual design sensibility across UI, composition, and interaction design, with the ability to prototype at varying fidelities. • Clear, confident communicator — able to present design decisions and build alignment with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven experience in cross-disciplinary teams with PMs and Engineers; strong collaboration is a must. • Solid understanding of how design connects to business objectives and KPIs. • Actively leverages AI tools to drive innovation in your design process and product outcomes — with concrete examples of impact Extras that give you an edge • Exceptional visual design craft — you set the bar for typography, layout, color and motion, and your work raises the quality of everything around it • Experience building and contributing to design systems, and a track record of designing scalable components rather than one-off screens • Proven ability to define and communicate a product vision — you can take an ambiguous problem space, craft a compelling north star, and bring product, engineering and leadership along with it How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary • Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development • Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year • A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time. • Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with a quarterly team event budget • Access to leading AI tools plus the resources and budget to get the most out of them • Monthly transportation and fitness budget • Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities • Language reimbursement program • Health and wellness benefits And more… How to apply Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below.
