Manager, Marketing Operations

ABOUT AIRWALLEX Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT You’ll help turn Airwallex’s marketing strategy into measurable execution across global Marketing and Sales teams. - Design, build, and execute B2B marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email templates, workflows, segmentation, and automation rules, owning the technical details that drive campaign performance. - Build landing pages using team-maintained templates and apply strong landing page, email, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email design best practices. - Build and manage target-account audiences in Demandbase, Hightouch, Salesforce, and Marketo, activating them across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to support account-based marketing. - Develop complex Marketo workflows, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and triggered communications, to support acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Partner with regional Marketing and Sales teams to provide day-to-day support across Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Hightouch, following established playbooks and best practices. - Ensure account-based marketing activities follow data privacy regulations, including GDPR, and internal security policies when handling and processing account data. - Bring structure, creativity, and operational discipline to the next phase of Airwallex’s growth, helping global teams turn marketing strategy into measurable execution. You’ll work from our Singapore office. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essentials - 5+ years of experience working with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce, particularly in a B2B environment. - A track record of partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to deploy successful account-based marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and uncompromising attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email design best practices, with hands-on experience building landing pages and email campaigns. - Experience working across MarTech platforms such as Mutiny, Outreach, Marketo, Contentful, or similar tools. - A portfolio showcasing relevant landing pages, email campaigns, or other digital marketing assets you’ve created. Preferred - Experience with Hightouch or a similar customer data platform to build, manage, and activate target audiences. - Adobe Marketo Engage certification. - Basic SQL skills. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF - You're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself. - You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. - You're comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you'll run with it. - You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details. - You over-communicate by design. You'd rather flag something early than let it become a surprise. LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR TEAM Marketing at Airwallex is a growth function, not a support one. The brief is ambitious: build the brand to match the platform, well-established in some markets and still emerging in others. This team leads across product marketing, brand, demand generation, and regional GTM: understanding what our platform actually does, then building the stories that make it land with real businesses, not just buyers on paper. They work closely with product, sales, and leadership, so the link between marketing activity and business outcome is direct. If you want to build a global brand through insight, sharp positioning, and creative that earns attention and trust, this is where marketing has real leverage.
