Growth Marketer, T:0

ABOUT AIRWALLEX Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles https://www.airwallex.com/en-us/operating-principles to see it in full. HOW YOU'LL MAKE IMPACT You’ll build T:0’s growth engine from the ground up, bringing the right people to our website and keeping them engaged once they’ve raised their hand. You’ll own the work across paid acquisition, measurement, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, distribution, technical SEO, and organic social, working hands-on in ad platforms, the CMS, tag managers, and marketing automation tools. This is a small, fast-moving team where what you ship this week can show up in the pipeline next week, and you’ll work directly with our CEO, Chief of Staff, Product Marketer, and Founding GTM hire. - Own paid acquisition across budget pacing, channel mix, creative testing, reporting, and agency performance. - Build the measurement foundation across pixels, UTM conventions, event tracking, and attribution so the team can understand where leads come from. - Ship landing pages and improve conversion from click to signup through page, form, CTA, and experiment optimization. - Build and run lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement, owning the sequences, triggers, and metrics. - Expand distribution across the T:0 newsletter and other owned channels, while owning technical SEO and organic social publishing. - Deliver a clear weekly read on what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re changing across growth activity. You’ll work from our San Francisco office three days a week. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essentials - 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or a similar hands-on role. We care far more about what you’ve personally shipped than where you did it. - You’ve run paid campaigns yourself — built them, funded them, and optimized them — rather than just sitting in the readout. - You’re comfortable in the plumbing: tag managers, UTM hygiene, analytics tools, and a CMS or landing page builder. You don’t need to be an engineer, but none of these should scare you. We use Webflow for our website and HubSpot for marketing automation. - You’re genuinely analytical. You can pull a number, know whether to trust it, and say plainly what it means. - You move fast and would rather launch something scrappy today than something perfect next month. This is a team where the bottleneck should never be you. Preferred - Experience marketing to founders or early-stage startups. - Experience at an early-stage startup, such as pre-seed, seed, or Series A. - You’ve built lifecycle programs from zero, rather than just maintaining someone else’s. - You use AI tools aggressively to move faster — for research, copy drafts, creative iteration, and analysis. - You’ve managed an agency or external vendor and gotten real work out of them. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF - You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. - You're comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you'll run with it. - You're not precious about your ideas. You push hard for what you believe in, but you pivot fast when the data says otherwise. - You default to action. You'd rather course-correct in motion than wait for perfect clarity. - You come to the table with a point of view, not just a problem. LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR TEAM T:0's mission is to make finance run itself. We're building an AI-native accounting platform that closes the books, reconciles, and reports continuously, so founders can stop managing their finances and start using them to run the business. The hard part isn't adding AI to accounting. It's making AI you can trust with the books. We use AI to understand how a business works, then run the actual accounting on strict, checkable rules, and no black box deciding the numbers. That's why customers pick us over both the legacy tools they've outgrown and the AI wrappers they don't trust. And bookkeeping is just the start: we're building toward a full financial operating system for how companies account, plan, and operate. The team is small, elite, and builder-focused, led by operators with a track record of shipping AI products at scale. We sit inside Airwallex, which means startup speed with a scaled company's infrastructure, distribution, and capital behind us. You'll work directly from real customer pain, own outcomes end to end, and ship fast.
