Comfortable troubleshooting complex issues across the stack. • Container technologies expertise: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at scale, cluster operations, networking, troubleshooting. Familiarity with HashiCorp tools (Terraform, Consul, Nomad, Vault) and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD). • On-prem / bare-metal experience: Comfortable operating on-prem infrastructure (i.e. outside of public cloud), bare-metal provisioning, hardware lifecycle, storage, and datacenter operations. • Strong scripting and programming skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Bash proficiency and intermediate-to-advanced skills in Python or Go. Ability to build production-quality tooling and automation. • Nice to have: Prior experience in FinTech or regulated industries where reliability and security are paramount.
