At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable capacity, hiring, training, and investment recommendations, clearly communicating outlook, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs to senior and executive leaders.
• Establish standards for forecasting methodology, model governance, validation, backtesting, documentation, and continuous improvement while advancing automation, scalability, predictive accuracy, and speed to insight.
Your experience should include...
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, capacity planning, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success developing analytics professionals and leading complex, cross-functional analytical initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience building and improving forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning capabilities, including time-series forecasting, model validation, backtesting, and sensitivity analysis.

• Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, data-driven recommendations and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
You might also have...
• Experience building or scaling a centralized forecasting, strategic modeling, workforce analytics, or capacity planning function.
• Experience supporting large-scale customer care, contact center, sales, or other high-volume service operations.
• Experience integrating revenue forecasts, customer demand, workforce capacity, and financial planning into a unified business model.
• Advanced experience with statistical or time-series forecasting methods and developing automated or scalable forecasting solutions.
• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or another relevant quantitative field.
