Also, feel free to check out why: • Business Insider named us an “enterprise startup to bet your career on” • Forbes’ Cloud 100 recognized us as one of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world • Deloitte Tech Fast 500 ranked us as the 17th fastest growing tech company in the Bay Area, and 96th in North America • Quartz ranked us the #1 best company for remote workers About the role We’re growing quickly in the Benelux, and we’re hiring Account Executives to grow with us. You’d be joining a team that’s still working out how the region should look, so there’s a lot of room to shape it. You’ll have real say in how we approach accounts, who we work with, and how we build our presence here. You’ll work closely with colleagues across sales, solutions, partnerships and customer success, and with our GSI partners. If you like building relationships that last, and you’d rather help shape a plan than follow one handed to you, we’d love to talk. What you’ve done • You’ve spent around 8 years selling to businesses, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology, and you know how a complex deal moves through a big organisation. • You hit your number, and you can talk through how you did it. • You’ve owned customer relationships beyond the signature, and you still hear from your customers years later. • You’ve worked alongside GSIs and know that a good partner relationship takes time, trust and being useful to each other. • You’ve found new business in tech without waiting for leads to arrive, through outbound, community, or whichever route worked. • You’re at home in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you use your tools to save time rather than to fill a dashboard. Can you relate to the above? Where you are • Based in the Netherlands, with fluent Dutch and English What we hope you’re like • You are an enthusiastic, energetic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment • You care about doing good work and you’re consistent about it • You’d like to help build something new and see your impact, rather than slot into a big company with fixed ways of doing things • You’re curious and like working through a problem with others to find a good way forward • You stay calm and organised when priorities pull in different directions • You can work well with a large team spread across locations to win and grow enterprise accounts • You’re honest and thoughtful in how you treat prospects and customers, and you bring your values to the way you work Our process has four stages, including a panel interview, so you’ll meet several of the people you’d be working with. We’ll explain what to expect at each step, and you’re welcome to ask us anything along the way. This is a hybrid position, does require you to attend our Amsterdam office WeWork - Strawinskylaan 4117, 1077 ZX Amsterdam, Netherlands This is a full time position
