The Team: The North America marketing team fuels Celonis growth by building the experience, trusted brand, pipeline, and community our customers and partners rely on. As part of the global GTM Marketing organization, we thrive on cross-functional collaboration — working as one team to solve complex challenges and create customer value. This role reports directly to the Director of North America Field Marketing. The Role: You will own the account-based marketing (ABM) plan for a group of high-value North American accounts — knowing the people inside them (executives, champions, users) and what it will take to move each account forward. You’ll orchestrate each buyer journey using a mix of channels and tactics, which could include global campaigns (1:Many), industry roundtables and co-partner programs (1:Few), and customized account assets (1:1). You’ll also own execution for key strategic events, from early outreach through the on-site experience and follow-up. The work you’ll do: • Own the account-based marketing (ABM) plan for a group of named North America accounts, mapping the full buying group from executive sponsors to champions, evaluators, and technical users • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few, and account touches in close collaboration with Sales and Value Engineering, crafting tailored messaging by account and audience to drive new business and expand existing relationships • Own execution of key strategic events, from early GTM outreach through the on-site experience and post-event follow-up • Partner with global production teams (digital, design, content), partner marketing, and customer advocacy to bring account programs to life — from custom digital experiences to account-specific assets or events • Work hand-in-hand with sales and business development representative (BDR) teams to ensure account coverage and pipeline acceleration • Build and sustain multi-year executive relationships inside your accounts — sponsorship you earn over time, not a one-off touch • Track account engagement, buying-group coverage, and pipeline and annual contract value (ACV) impact, and use what you see to optimize performance and decide where to invest next The qualifications you need: • 6+ years in B2B field marketing, account-based marketing, or demand generation, with real experience running programs built around specific named accounts • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience planning and running in-person events, including major industry or persona-led tradeshows • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders toward alignment and action. • Working knowledge of account-based marketing practices: buying-group mapping, account planning, and executive engagement • Comfortable using AI tools for account research, contact mapping, and campaign execution, so you can focus your time on the strategy • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs. • Note: Travel will be required for program and event execution, approximately 25% of the time Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. What Celonis can offer you: • Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. • Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants. • Unrivaled Family Support: Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment. • Work-Life Integration: Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration. • Continuous Growth: Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform. • Holistic Well-being: Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated "Wellness Weeks" that prioritize work/life balance. • Drive Sustainability: Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes wit
