From animators to writers, product designers to researchers, Design brings purpose, feeling, and delight to every interaction with our brand, inside the app and out. Join us in our mission to develop education for our half a billion (and growing!) learners around the world.
About this role
This role reports to the Director of Product Design on Monetization. Monetization is the revenue engine that powers our company. Our teams focus on unlocking value for users through subscriptions, ads and in-app purchases. As a Staff Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining how users experience that value, from their first touchpoint to being long-term loyal users.
As a member of the Duolingo Design team, this role is an instrumental creative partner in key monetization vectors at Duolingo—from our delightful purchase flow to our seasonal avatar events. At Duolingo, we take pride in and agonize over crafting a user-friendly (and fun) experience for everyone.
