● Travel extensively across cities to work with regional and city heads, align on targets, incentives, and execution plans, and resolve on-ground bottlenecks in real time
● Ensure consistent execution of cross-sell programs across all locations
● Drive adoption of new products through offline channels and identify high-potential locations and teams for scaling
● Build and refine cross-sell playbooks in collaboration with central teams based on field learnings
● Act as the voice of the field by gathering structured feedback from frontline teams and leaders
● Translate qualitative on-ground feedback into clear, actionable inputs for product, operations, and leadership teams
● Build and own robust Excel-based MIS dashboards covering cross-sell performance, location-wise metrics, leader-wise performance, and funnel conversion
● Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and timely business reviews
● Use MIS and insights to drive accountability and course correction
● Work closely with senior offline leaders, product, operations, and analytics teams
● Influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Experience
● 8–14 years of overall experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
● Strong exposure to field-led or offline businesses with multi-location operations
● Prior experience in startups, founder’s office roles, early-stage ventures, or P&L; ownership is strongly preferred
Mindset & Traits
● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership orientation
● High hunger to grow and visible career ambition
● Comfortable with ambiguity, travel, and on-ground problem solving
● High energy, resilience, and strong bias for action
● Excellent relationship-building skills with senior leaders and field teams
Skills
● Strong Excel skills including MIS creation, dashboards, and analysis
● Structured thinking and clear communication
● Ability to convert unstructured field inputs into actionable business insights
● Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
● Cross-sell becomes a scaled, repeatable growth engine through offline teams
● Clear ownership, execution playbooks, and MIS established across locations
● Strong trust and working relationships built with regional and city leaders
● Field feedback consistently influencing product and business decisions
Why This Role
● High-impact, high-visibility role working closely with leadership
● Opportunity to shape and scale offline × digital cross-sell at a national level
● Ideal for candidates seeking real ownership rather than a desk-bound GM role
